| Interests | I am an ordinary girl from what was once a remote village in Kerala — now a growing town. I once dreamed of conquering the world, but life took me on a different path. My early ambition was to become a media professional, and though that exact dream didn’t unfold, I am now a proud media academician. I have always loved books and movies, though these days social media tends to take up most of my time. My greatest passion is training — helping students and professionals improve their language skills, interpersonal skills, and now, their use of AI tools. In recent years, my curiosity has shifted strongly toward artificial intelligence. I experiment with AI tools daily, always eager to learn something new. This fascination with the digital world naturally led me to my research focus: digital addiction and digital detox. I am still striving to make a meaningful contribution to humanity, and I hope that one day my efforts will bear fruit. Until then, I will keep learning, teaching, and exploring every possibility that comes my way. |
