Introduction	I am extremely passionate about faith, fitness and food. God has laid a lot of things on my heart, and I believe he is going to use this blog! I fought it for a long time, trying to convince God that I don't have anything to say and no one wants to read what I put out there. But he (gently) reminded me that he would take care of that; my only job was to be obedient. So on here you will find some days it's posts about principles or insights God has given me into his Word and living for him. Other days it's encouragement about being fit, and other times it's about food! I love to cook, and I love to eat; so from time-to-time I'll share recipes or tips on how we can all eat and live healthier. We are responsible for taking care of these bodies God gave us! In December of 2009, I married my Prince Charming. God brought me the most amazing man, who constantly tells me how beautiful and amazing I am. I always told him he was crazy, but then God began giving me a check in my spirit. He made me and he didn't make a mistake. We were each created by God for a specific purpose, and he loves us just the way we are. It's time to celebrate being wonderfully complex and fabulous!
