Introduction	Oh, am I supposed to have a story? Gosh, the pressure of a story... Well, I'm a native (Northern) Californian. After spending 11 years in Washington, DC where I had a career in public relations, met a whole bunch of wonderful friends, met and married my husband, bought my first house and had my first child - we up and moved to Portland, Oregon. Why? Well, why not? So, here we are two years later still getting to know all the wonders of the Pacific Northwest. This is our journey (I guess).
