| Introduction | I am a (retired) Language Arts teacher. I have my B.A in English and my M.A. in Gifted Education and a Ph.D. in literacy studies and educational psychology. I love getting students excited about reading, and as former a middle school teacher and current educator of preservice teachers, I read as many books as I can to give my students good recommendations based on their interests and the interests of their own students. As a college instructor, I also do my best to inspire a love of reading in the preservice teachers I teach. |
