| Introduction | I have been doing photography as a hobby since 2005, primarily using digital cameras. Since I am colour blind, I ended up converting many of my early pictures into black and white whenever I could not be sure about the colour of things. What primarily grew out of necessity quickly became a pleasure and now I mainly shoot for the purpose of converting into black and white, regardless of colour accuracy or whether or not I have my wife at hand to bother her with silly questions like “Is the sky blue or magenta?”. In addition to black and white, I am also a fan of infrared. These days, I am trying to do a bit more of colour, if possible, but bear with me if the colours are a bit off... |
