| Introduction | I have had many different identities on the internet over the years, and a new start in life necessitated yet another. So here I am: writer, historian, fangirl, doll collector...and who knows what else?!? In previous lives, I have collaborated with the BBC’s John Simpson on his latest book, ‘Unreliable Sources’, done a PhD in history at UCL, and worked in the National Trust press office. I have also worked in publishing, and once dallied with being a theatrical agent! I love tennis, visiting interesting and historical places, Take That, and Hornby Flower Fairies. But, above all, I love to make up stories and to write. |
