| Introduction | I was born and raised in Hungary. I have been cooking for forty-five years since childhood. I learned the art of Hungarian cooking from my mother, my father and my grandmother in the family kitchen in our home in Heves, Hungary. My mother cooked with the freshest herbs and vegetables from her garden; today I cook with fresh, organic produce. I enjoy watching cooking shows and pouring over cooking magazines to learn new recipes and cooking techniques and to get inspiration for my own cooking. I love to cook and I love to teach. Combining these two brings me joy. |
