IntroductionJMB BTS 2 Blok F & G Bandar Tasik Selatan is a Joint Management Body (JMB) formed under the BUILDING AND COMMON PROPERTY (MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT) ACT 2007 (ACT 663). JMB BTS 2 Blok F & G Bandar Tasik Selatan is the name given by DBKL (Kuala Lumpur City Hall)-COB Department. Basically, JMB BTS 2 is responsible to everything about the common facilities in F&G Apartment. JMB BTS 2 is on the process of extending more parking spaces for resident owners. So far, we had successfully to apply and get the individual Water Meter for all 464 units owner so that they can enjoy the first 20m3 water free!!!... Unbelievable! F&G Apartment is the first apartment to get their Individual Water Meter in Malaysia. Why F&G Apartment? Because we have a strong Management Team controlled by Joint Management Committees (JMCs)
