| Introduction | The Pearson's Town Farm Project is an internship program designed to equip young people with basic skills and knowledge to operate a home garden, community garden, or hobby farm. Our desire is to explore historical practices and creative new techniques to grow and provide healthy organic food for everyone while remaining ecologically aware and sustainable. The Farm project is joint effort between Saint Joseph's College in Standish, Maine and the Bon Appètit Management Company. |
