Introduction	I was looking for a random, ordinary street name to name my blog. I looked everywhere for street names, avenues, lanes and in the end decided that there is nothing more trivial than a numbered street. There is nothing I enjoy more than aimlessly walking through the streets of a big or small city with my camera and being inspired by the homeless junkie sitting on the corner or the tall brunette on stilettos riding her bike to work. Some of my favorite pictures, I can't remember the exact address where they were taken, but I always remember the story behind each one of them. It doesn't matter if the image was captured on 5th Avenue or in a little alley in the middle of a Northern European city, to me it makes no difference. Welcome to my street, 55th Street.
