Introduction	I live in a little village in the south west of Scotland, dominated by the mighty Iron Age Fortress of Tynron Doon. I used to teach history, but now write poetry and am currently researching modern folk tales of Dumfries and Galloway for the Wigtown Book Festival.
Interests	Reading continually about poets who die premature deaths, writing mostly, especially poetry, though I am also a keen traveller
