Introduction	i have been working in the holistic field for the past 12 years and am Qualified in Reiki, Sekhem, Indian Head Massage & Nutrition and Baby Yoga, Meditation and the Environment. I also run raw chocolate workshops and give nutritional talks I also trained as a classical actress with the London Academy of Performing Arts and have done a extensive amount of corporate and commercial acting as well as performing at the National Theatre shortly after leaving drama school 10 years ago. Since having a child six years ago i switched my focus onto healing for children and the promotion of natural baby and childcare. I have been working with children using Meditation, Breathing, Drama, Yoga, and Sound Healing for the past four years and am passionate about empowering children and adults with the tools to deal with all that life may bring to them.
