Introduction	I love hot food and cooking hot food, especially chili and salsa. My husband and I work as a team in competition chili cookoffs. The couple who plays together, stays together. We've been married for 20 years. I help people who are feeling bland or stuck to take action, invest in themselves, and live a spicy life on fire. On this blog, I will be "spilling the beans" on living a more spicy, joyful and fulfilled life.
