| Introduction | Because of my experience in toxic companies, with dysfunctional management, I became curious about how change can be achieved. So, I took a master’s degree in HR Management and I had my opportunity to apply successfully some of the theories and principles I learned. I lead a changing process with concern to work procedures, relationships, climate, motivation and commitment. Feedback was awesome in terms of productivity, profits and satisfaction. Currently I'm coaching people and giving NLP and Coaching Programs. I'm also author, blogger and speaker. |
