| Introduction | Community Art School runs on a Tuesday evening from 6 -8pm in the art rooms at Philips High School in Whitefield, North Manchester. The class focuses on simple Art and Design techniques and is an opportunity to have fun, meet new people and learn more about Philips. The classes are aimed at members of the local community including parents of pupils All ages (18 +), abilities and genders are welcome with particular emphasis on people who think they ‘aren't artistic’! The classes are fun, experimental and informal. All classes are run by one of Philips High’s Art Teachers Zoe, and we cover techniques such as printing, felting, painting, batik....
