Introduction | I'm a guy in my mid 40's living in Dallas. I have a partner of 4 years and we are raising two girls. I have a stable, unglamourous career with a Utility Company that pays the bills. I am a Christian whose journey has run the gamut from UCC to Southern Baptist to Bible Churches, now happily an Episcopalian. As I enter squarely into middle age, I find I have more questions than answers on many issues. I am blessed to have my parents still living and involved in my life. I find that my life has now become really interesting, if not occasionally exhausting. Our girls are now teenagers and each day is a new adventure in emotion. My partner is from Mexico and we speak Spanish and English about 50/50 in our household. I go on a weeklong Mission Trip with my church to Honduras every summer. |

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
It's just a moment of weakness. I love the snooze button, but I hate getting to work late.
