Introduction Its hard to sum yourself up in 1200 characters or less. I used to be a career driven, no children-having, single forever independent woman. I am currently a married, career-less mother of three. I knew who I was, but now I am a totally different person. But, I am learning who I am daily... and through this blog, so will you.
Interests Wow... its questions like this that demonstrate how truly boring you are. I am an avid reader. I have a degree in English Literature, but would rather read James Patterson or a Shopaholic novel than Keats or Shakespeare. American Idol and Real World are my two guilty pleasures. I am a total homebody an would rather hang with my parents and close friends than travel or hit a club. I am probably the oldest 29 year old alive. Of course, there's my 7 week old, 28 month old, and 9 year old step daughter... so any interests I do have, I have forgotten because its been so long since I have had spare time, I wouldn't know what to do.
Favorite Movies I don't really do favorites. I like different things for different moods. Plus, there is always something new coming out, so why have a favorite when its just going to be replaced? I do love movies though, they blend into the background when I need some white noise. I like thrillers, comedies (although not gross ones... There may be something about Mary, but I don't know why anyone would want to find out what). I no longer do scary movies. I have decided that movies like that are unhealthy aka my husband won't let me watch them because I make him check under the bed 30 times before I fall asleep.
Favorite Music I like almost anything. I can do a loud alternative screamy Rage Against the Machine thing and then switch to a low and mellow Fiona Apple. I can listen to Pearl Jam for awhile and throw in a Garth Brooks cd. The only thing I don't do is classical. If I want to take a nap, I can do that in silence. I am married to a standing string bass player though... go figure.
Favorite Books I suppose my all time favorite is To Kill a Mockingbird. Or at least, that is the answer that sounds the best. Reading books now depends on my mood. I may want a frivolous Devil Wears Prada read, or maybe a murder mystery like a good Alex Cross book. Sometimes when I feel like thinking, I read a serious thriller like Angels and Demons or Next. Something that actually requires thought. I try to keep that down to a minimum, thinking, that is.

If there's no I in team, why is there meat?

I love the random question. I hit "give me a new question" five times just for fun. Yes, we have already specified that I am a loser. Anyway, what is really more important is why you can spell me from team. There may be no 'i' but there is 'me' so shouldn't that phrase have been discounted a long time ago???
