Favorite Movies Blues Brothers, most movies involving comedy, drama and sci-fi plots
Favorite Music Rev. Terence A. Dicks and I were honored to be co-organizers of James Brown Appreciation Day in Augusta in 1986, when 5, 000 people honored the Godfather of Soul on the shores of the Savannah River in part due to promos recorded by Casey Kasem and help from Dick Clark. It was the first time the city had honored Mr. Brown, who is now leading a Heavenly Choir. I'm glad to see in his final years that Augusta was finally learning to appreciate the "Godfather of Soul." Mr. Brown taught me to be positive and take the high road even when others are not including those who may try to derail my plans and efforts. Good old fashioned Rock N' Roll from 50s, 60s and 70s - and country music especially country rock like Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Favorite Books Illusions, Jonathon Livingston Seagull, the Bible
