| Introduction | Oluwatoyin Segilola Awolesi, a distinguished graduate of SOGP Values Reorientation and National Development Course. With a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Oluwatoyin has carved an inspiring path as a Social Entrepreneur. Her journey into public relations and advertising began with a stint in banking before her return to the communications industry, where she graced the airwaves as a radio broadcaster at Eko89.7fm. She also shared her insights through a column in The Nation newspaper, which evolved into a personal blog, Mindscopewithsegilola.blogspot.com. An art enthusiast, Oluwatoyin's passion, had her serving as the manager at Ikeja Museum and Urban Culture TV in Lagos. Today, she is the Director of Adspice Global Communications and a driving force behind the corporate social responsibility project, Mindscope Youth Connect, from her base in Sagamu, Ogun state.
