Introduction	I am a nutrition professional and a self-professed "foodie". Two of my foodie goals in life include convincing everyone that eating healthy does not need to be bland or boring, and that eating healthy does not cost more than the unhealthy alternative. I hope to encourage followers to prepare healthy meals at home, make wise choices when eating out, and educate on the importance of healthy eating!
