Introduction	I've always enjoyed cycling. In 2017 I bought a road bike and joined a couple of local cycling clubs. Later that year I did my first audax ride and I have been a member of audax UK since October 2017. I have type 1 diabetes. I use multiple daily injections (MDI), long acting levemir and short acting novorapid insulins. I use Abbott Freestyle Libre with miaomiao to continuously monitor my glucose levels. This blog is mainly an account of my audax cycle rides and glucose management. It's not intended to have any literary value.
