| Introduction | My name is Eddie Chang and I live in historic downtown Jersey City with my wife Jennifer (Who was on Rescue Chef with Danny Boome on the FoodNetwork Episode: Big Family Holiday Dinner) and our constantly hungry hound Mollie. All three of us are native Manhattanites who recently moved for a promise of more space and opportunity. I am recent convert to cooking. I wasn't much of a cook until recently in which I had the opportunity to participate in a new cooking competition titled "Worst Cooks in America" on the FoodNetwork. This changed my life. I went from ordering out mostly to finally being able to have the courage to face my worst fear cooking. Ever since the show I've been unstoppable. I have curiosity of a cat and the attention span of a 9 year old. I've been completely obssessed with cooking and although I hold a 8 - 8 job in a challenging corporate environment. I still find the time to whip up something. My TV is almost permanently fixed on the FoodNetwork and my book collection is slowly being taken over by cook books. I am slowly finding myself to be the Compulsive Cook. |
