| Introduction | As a broadcast Journalism /Arts and humanities major at Florida Atlantic University, I am able to study what I love everyday. When I'm not studying the world of arts and entertainment, I'm consuming it. I have an incredible respect for true talent, and when I sense genuine talent, I WILL invest in it. As a journalist, our main goal is to inform the public in an unbiased manner, but on this blog, I will share news as well as share my opinions. When I listen to music, I pay attention to the lyrical content as well as the melody, and when I watch a film, I focus on the acting as well as the storyline. Art is more than what you can see, and I find it necessary to find those underlying themes and hidden messages that people tend to overlook. I wake up every morning eager to inform people on things that are relevant; things our society should know about. Like I said, I want to give deserving people a voice. Like my favorite artist, Wale says, "I may not change the world, but let me inspire someone who can." |
