Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Probably. It'd probably make it easier to like, get around you know? Like driving and people ride bikes to go faster? Maybe their swimming lanes are too congested and they need bikes. *sigh* No one thinks of the fish...
