Location	New Zealand
Introduction	My ancestors emigrated from Poland to the U.S. and then I, in turn immigrated to New Zealand via 10 years in England. In all, I’ve lived in 5 countries and have taken intense notice of the local food in each, so you can imagine what dinner time is like at my house! The great thing about New Zealand is that I am not alone in being an import. We are all from somewhere else and this has a huge bearing on what we eat. I love exploring this aspect of food in New Zealand and enjoy learning something new everyday.
