| Introduction | Hello friends, welcome to my trio blog. I love yoga, travelling, cleaning, cooking, taking pictures and blogging. My life has been blessed with a caring husband and two beautiful daughters Aparna and Sahana. I have amazing parents as well. I love my mom's authentic South Indian cooking and always wondered at how she can make tasty foods in short time. My dad is a great source of inspiration when it comes to exercising and keeping good health. My husband and my 2 girls make my life more meaningful each and every second. I truly believe and try to follow mindfulness in any task I do. Being fully present is the only way to live 100%. |
