| Introduction | I joined the SJPP as a part-time instructor about five years ago and I have been teaching face-to-face in subject areas such as in Human Resource Management, Business Law, Work Ethics, Text Production and Computer Awareness. Prior to this, I taught Business and Computer Studies at secondary school to CXC level. I currently hold a BSc in Social Sciences (Hons) with minors in Management, Sociology and Psychology form UWI. I am also Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and hold a Administrative Secretary Diploma (APS) from the UWI. I started my Masters in Educational Psychology and Educational Administration at the UWI but I am in the process of switching to pursue an online Masters in Instructional Design. I have found a new love in teaching and writing online courses. I have so far qualified myself to be a certified online instructor and course writer. |
