| Introduction | Dr. Tarchichi is a distinguished education professional with an extraordinary academic and professional background. He holds two doctoral degrees: a Ph.D. in Education focusing on Special Education from Temple University (2020) and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Rowan University (2016). Complementing these are six master’s degrees, including advanced studies in Learning Disabilities, Special Education, Educational Leadership, Biomedical Science, Biology, and Exercise Science. As the Executive Director and Principal of the Mary Dobbins School at Legacy Treatment Services, Dr. Tarchichi leads grades 5-12 in fostering academic and emotional development. His role includes oversight of educational expansion and therapeutic support. Previously, he served as Superintendent of Pennsauken Public Schools (2016–2024), where he implemented over 20 career and technical education programs, established the first Puratos Baking Program in the U.S., and developed dual-credit agreements, allowing students to graduate with up to 60 college credits. |
