Introduction	I am a middle aged, overweight woman who has struggled with my weight all of my adult life. I used to work as an acquisitions specialist until 2011. I had to quit because of many health issues. I'm still dealing with the health issues. I have struggled with losing weight and have finally turned to gastric bypass surgery. I started this blog in 2009 with high hopes. I didn't follow through with it. I am attempting it again this time talking about my issues and struggles getting to the surgery table. I have a grown son and two grandchildren. They are my inspiration. So follow me in my journey.
