| Introduction | Hello, I am a work at home mom to 2 wonderful kids and 1 wonderful husband. We also house 2 dogs, that are a loving part of our family. A Boxer named Candi and a Frenchie named Cookie, Chocolate Chip Cookie to be exact. When my husband and I discovered I was pregnant with our 2nd child we decided it was time for me to come home full time. In an effort to save money on our new limited budget, we opted to cloth diaper, something we didn’t even realize was still around with our 1st child. It didn't take long for me to realize I had the skill to sew my own diapers, which in turn yielded a larger stash to work with and less expense. This lead us into a whole new world of cloth diapers, nursing, co-sleeping, and everything that comes with it. Now the owner of Once Upon a Yard we strive to bring the newest and hottest fabric lines to every home, to supply other work at home moms with the fabrics they need at prices they can afford. We’re excited about our new adventures we’re headed into and those we don’t even know are coming. |
