Introduction	E loves nothing more than good food (and her family and friends occasionally), especially desserts. So much so, she left her cushy job in Hong Kong to pursue her passion for baking at the Le Cordon Bleu, London. Along the way, she found true love and is now blissfully married. She currently lives in London and is gainfully unemployed (and has been since 2008!) and is beginning to wonder if she can ever be employed again! To fill up all the free time she has on hand, she cooks and experiments with recipes, constantly forcefeeding Dr O and friends with her experimental results, is constantly looking for a property to buy and do up as their new home along with planning annual holidays and the odd catering requests. E will write about food, her travels and her adventures of buying and renovating her new home (that's ALL the free time folks) and any interesting happenings of her most beloved city - London!
