Introduction In addition to the self awareness and energetic healing work, Kathy has written 6 history books and received awards from the state of Pennsylvania; Volunteer of the Year from the Penna State Historical and Museum Commission and was named a Penn Ambassador by the House of Representatives. She especially enjoys writing about the frontier days, the Indian cultures and the meshing with European settlers. Herbs and plant life, foods, place names, family and group structure, religious philosophy, medicines. We have learned much from the native peoples! Interests Kathy enjoys foraging classes, learning what can be eaten out in the wilds - this might come in handy in the coming years.....Be Prepared! She is the mother of 5 children, all grown, and one grandson, Elliott. "We like to get out and about in the garden, planting and harvesting, hiking and exploring, " she said. Kathy's work with Life Energy is stimulating - actively promoting the work of her late husband, Joe. There is editing, writing, and prepping manuscripts for publication. Stay tuned for updates on workshops in the next phase of presentations. She enjoys hearing from readers and practitioners who knew Joe and are still using the SAF method, as well as new practitioners around the world!
