Introduction	I am a recent graduate of a Masters in Nursing program and am now working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I recently ended a six year stretch working as an RN in a Surgical Oncology unit. In my former life I was a sound designer for theater and an audio engineer for concerts and special events. When I reached my career goals, I felt empty and searched for something else. When my brother fell ill to cancer, I realized my future was in medicine. This blog is a witness to my journey.
