| Introduction | Hi, I'm Melissa, and I'm a Crafty Momma. My life consists of raising a beautifully ornery 2 year old daughter, and her fury little dog "brother", with my Harley loving husband. Baking sweet treats, Drinking Diet Coke, planning parties, or hauling out the crafts is typically where you'll find me. This blog is designed to give information on DIY projects, recipes for the heart and home, product reviews (we all need them!), holiday crafts, and inspiration for those that are looking for it, and a few things thrown in here and there, and in between. I don't claim that any of these idea's are original, as I'm sure there are many of you who have thought of them long before I did, or before the internet was even around to disperse such awesome information, but I do have so many fun things coming up and I hope you'll stick around and join in the adventure! |
| Interests | My true loves in life are my family, DIY projects, whipping up old/new recipes, making the cutest little hair bows around for my daughter, all her cousins, and friends. If you find that I'm not doing something creative for the house; You'll find me dabbling in kid crafts, painting, staining, or trying out a new craft I've stumbled upon in internet land, or my newest addiction...Pinterest! |

| Favorite music | Can't say "I love it all", but I enjoy most of it! 50's - the present, nursery rhyme jams, The introduction to "Elmo's World", (that gets stuck in your head at work ALL DAY LONG), and who doesn't love a little Myles Davis and Classic Rock! |
| Favorite books | Nora Roberts is my "go to" girl, but Gillian Flynn is the niece of a very dear friend of mine, and her book "Gone Girl" is tripping me out right now! |
