Introduction	I like to learn things: not enough that I'm an expert on anything, but just enough to satisfy my daily recommended requirement by the USDA. By day I teach graduate level creative writing classes, by night I'm an avid Sims player, lindy dance learner, foodie, collector of mid-century furniture, potter, karaoke singer and bike rider.
Favorite movies	Secretary, The Stunt Man, The Loved One, Strictly Ballroom, Rushmore, Clockwork Orange, Young Frankenstein, The Producers (the original), The Big Blue, M is for Murder, The Party, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Lost in Translation, Darjeeling Express, Spirited Away...among a few.
Favorite music	I like bossa nova, classical, jazz, indie rock and slow, whiny UK singers. My taste in music changes more often than the height of my heels.
