| Introduction | I am an herbalist, cook and homesteader. Wedded to the kitchen and the garden from my earliest years I now lecture and teach in public and private settings all over the Pioneer Valley. I can usually be found working on my product line, Thyme Herbal, harvesting herbs and making medicine, working in the garden, giving herbal and cooking consultations or fermenting and brewing up specialties in my North Amherst country kitchen sanctuary. I also cater and do private cooking for families and individuals. In my "spare" thyme, I write a free, bilingual newsletter, The Food Wisdom Chronicle, distributed at the Women's Building in San Francisco and at People's Grocery in Oakland.
