Introduction	I’m Justine. A daughter, A generation Y member, a friend and a loved tickler/cuddler/nappy changer/toy locator/painting namer/bandaid applicator/argument settler/sand remover. No, not a mother but a early childhood educator at a child care centre in South Yarra, Melbourne. I grew up in the Dandenong Ranges, on the outskirts of Melbourne. I have also lived in other places on the western side of Melbourne. My love for early childhood education comes from my own childhood. I have always wanted to be a part of improving the experiences and quality of care available to children.
