| Introduction | I am OBSESSED with FOOD! And when I say obsessed, I really take it to another level! We are talking ridiculously AGRESSIVE here people. My close friends have witnessed me take down $25 worth of del taco in one sitting. I can honestly say my entire day revolves around what I am going to eat. Most of the time, it takes two meals to fill my belly full. And, I seriously worry at restaurants if their portions are going to fill me up or not. I might actually develop an ulcer over this anxiety, no joke. If all I did all day long was watch food network, read bon appetit, type new recipes, cook, and try new restaurants (both fine dining and hole in the wall)....I would be the happiest person on earth. I was born and raised in Orange County and for those that say the OC has no food culture, well I am here to prove them wrong. You will definitely see some of my faves from Costa Mesa, Newport, Laguna, and Huntington appearing on this blog.
