| Introduction | I am an Austin native with three kiddos who're all second generation Austinites. I became a stay-at-home mom five years ago and have loved every minute of it. My children both inspire me and drive me to madness. Staying on the side of the silver lining has become my specialty. i love to learn and to explore ideas and to read and play, all of the things kids do, and i find my learning and self enrichment are enhanced when i travel the paths my children walk. This has brought me to crafting and sewing as creative outlets, to form opinions about public education, to reevaluate my priorities constantly in the pursuit of happiness, and to seek out the fellowship created when moms become friends. |
