Introduction	My family recently relocated to North Carolina from Ohio(2008); without the benefit of family or friends in the area. As a newly divorced Mother of three children, a 17 year old son who thinks he is smarter than me, a 7 year old tomboy princess, and an angel baby who was born two years after my daughter. I am now out numbered but far from out witted. I am a foodie who loves to cook, bake, remix recipes. Reading, venturing into quaint, undiscovered neighborhoods, thrifting, indulging in my artsy/creative side, reading copius amounts of stuff that I find interesting, and binging on peanut M&Ms sums me up pretty well. Ahhh well. What's a single girl to do? Every day is a step closer to achieving jacqpot status.
