| Introduction | Known internationally as “Mr Real Estate Advertising”, Ian Grace is acknowledged as the world’s leading authority on real estate advertising and Customer Service. For 16 years Ian worked in Advertising and Customer Service in UK, Sth Africa and USA. Since 1994, he has delivered his programs across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and UK. He has been invited to speak 6 times, since 1999, at NAR (National Association of Realtors Convention) -- the only person outside North America ever, to be invited more than four times.
