| Introduction | Throughout my life, health and fitness had come and gone. Sometimes I'd stick to it, but most of the time I wouldn't. That all changed in June of 2009. I decided the fat game was something I no longer wanted to play, pulled the gym shoes out of the closet and began my journey.
