Introduction	Welcome! My name is Julia Muniz Lieberman and I am currently studying at Cortland University, majoring in Physical Education. To be honest, I first started this blog as an obligation due to a PED 201 assignment. I am more on the traditional side when it comes to technology and this class really challenged me on that end. Recent discoveries made me realize how important it is that I learn these technology applications and become comfortable using them. Researching better and more effective ways of teaching, as well as staying connected to Physical Educators everywhere is crucial for success. Teachers of different districts and different levels of education should all be on the same page and help promote by demonstrating this new era of physical education.
Interests	I enjoy spending time with friends and being active, whether its doing my karate or hiking an extreme trail. I love all sports and like to participate in friendly yet competitive games.

Favorite music	If it has a beat, i like it, however I will always love my Rythum and Blues.
