| Introduction | Born and raised in the heart of the Chicago Daley Machine where politics are our mother's milk. I spent 8 years in the U.S. Army, enlisting as an Infantryman and later working in Military Intelligence for four year. I also attended college while serving majoring in History. I've lived an eclectic life that have helped shape my life and views. I'm politically conservative by nature, having identified myself as a conservative as early as 16. My personal motto which I've tried to follow for over 40 years is: "Let me strive every moment of my life to make myself better and better, to the best of my ability, that all may profit by it. Let me think of the right and lend all my assistance to those who need it, with no regard for anything but justice. Let me take what comes with a smile, without loss of courage. Let me be considerate of my country, of my fellow citizens and my associates in everything I say and do. Let me do right to all, and wrong no man." |
