Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I suppose some fish might particularly enjoy the challenge. Lungfish and walking catfish might find it a unique alternative to getting around. I wonder if they'd be required to wear helmets... or if they'd also wear bike Spandex. I shudder to think.
