Introduction	I'm a young retiree. I quit the rat-race (London) and now enjoy the peace and tranquility of East Anglia. I've a wife "Mrs Troy" and a young son "Troy Junior". I now enjoy a leisurely life of internet surfing, following Ipswich Town FC and getting involved in the community whilst trying to make a reasonable return on my investments. When I have a spare minute, which is not very often, I update this blog.

Favorite movies	Don't get out to the cinema very often these days. Enjoyed most films starring Robin Williams and Steve Martin.
Favorite music	Don't laugh when I say John Denver - absolutely adore his lyrics. But also like Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, Queen, Bad Company, Ray Davies and the Kinks.
Favorite books	Wide tastes that include Lee Child, Thomas Hardy, Robert Goddard, JK Rowling, John Wyndham and Arthur C. Clarke.
