| Introduction | PROHAM - Society for the Promotion of Human Rights was established on March 10, 2011 by former members of the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia- SUHAKAM & Royal Police Commission. The founding Chairman of Proham was Tan Sri Simon Sipaun (former Vice Chairman of Suhakam). The current Proham Chairman is Datuk Kuthubul Zaman who was a former member of the Police Commission & former Bar Council Chairman. |
