Introduction	I'm a 30 something French trained private chef that spends my days paying attention to the little things while cooking to continue on my culinary journey, wherever it may go. I believe in starting with whole ingredients, tasting and flavoring at every level, indulging in chocolate whenever possible and striving to make every meal as special as the last supper. I hope this blog will serve as inspiration to get back into the kitchen, while re-focusing our efforts into using real whole foods while slowly weaning ourselves off of processed food.
