| Introduction | I am a Senior in college and will be graduating this December. I am majoring in criminal justice. The focus of this blog on police brutality, the causes, affects, and possible solution. Police Brutality is a major issue that citizens and minorities are particularly concerned about. The police have a history of using excessive force, discrimination, and racial profiling. In the past, the police used to enforce unjust and racist laws that inhibited natural born rights of people. Police brutality is overlooked, under reported and is one of the many reasons there is tension and mistrust between the police and local communities. |
