| Introduction | Reality is not a dream. The challenges are real. Our taste buds aren't evolved for modern food. Our senses are not honed to deflect well planned fronts. Dreams protect us from the truth, that while our lives may be simple, existence is infinitely difficult. Taking the easy road, leaves no road. The inverse leaves the easy road intact, and avoids its trap. There is always a harder way, and its always worth it in the end.
